Order Processing

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–2 Weeks from the date of purchase.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
  • During festive seasons, collection launches, or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly extended.

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation along with tracking details via email or SMS.

Delivery Timelines (After Processing)

Domestic Shipping (India)

  • Standard Delivery: 3–7 business days 
  • Metro Cities: Typically 3–5 business days
  • Non-Metro & Remote Locations: Typically 5–7 business days

International Shipping

  • International delivery timelines vary depending on the destination country and customs procedures.
  • Estimated delivery time: 7–15 business days after dispatch.

Please note that customs clearance processes may occasionally cause delays beyond our control.

Shipping Charges

Within India

  • Complimentary shipping may be offered on selected orders or promotional campaigns.
  • Any applicable shipping charges will be displayed at checkout before payment.

International Orders

  • Shipping charges are calculated based on destination and order value.
  • Charges will be displayed during checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, tracking details will be shared via email or SMS.

Customers can use the provided tracking number to monitor shipment progress directly with the courier partner.

Delivery Delays

While we strive to ensure timely delivery, delays may occur due to:

Label KSN shall not be held liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

If an incorrect address, contact number, or delivery detail is provided:

  • Delivery delays may occur.
  • Additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch.
  • Label KSN will not be responsible for failed deliveries resulting from incorrect information provided by the customer.

Failed Delivery Attempts

Courier partners generally make multiple delivery attempts.

If delivery cannot be completed after repeated attempts:

  • The order may be returned to our warehouse.
  • Re-shipping charges may apply before re-dispatch.

International Duties & Taxes

For international shipments:

  • Import duties
  • Customs duties
  • Local taxes
  • Clearance fees

are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product or shipping charges unless explicitly stated.

Label KSN is not responsible for delays or charges imposed by customs authorities.

Damaged Packages

If your package arrives visibly damaged:

  • Please do not accept the package if the damage appears severe.
  • Contact us immediately with photographs and an unboxing video.
  • Claims for damaged products must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

Return Shipping

For approved returns:

  • Customers may be required to bear return shipping costs unless the return is approved due to a verified manufacturing defect or incorrect item dispatch.
  • Refunds are issued as Label KSN Store Credit in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.
