Refund policy
At Label KSN, each piece is thoughtfully crafted with attention to detail and artisanal craftsmanship. As many of our products are handcrafted and made using traditional techniques, slight variations in colour, weave, print placement, embroidery, or texture are natural characteristics of the product and should not be considered defects.
Returns
We offer returns within 7 days of delivery as per return process.
To be eligible for a return:
- The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.
- All original tags, packaging, and accompanying materials must be intact.
- The return request must be initiated within 7 days of receiving the order.
Products returned without original tags or showing signs of use will not be accepted.
Return Approval Process
In the unlikely event that you receive:
- A damaged product
- A manufacturing defect
- An incorrect item
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Order number
- Product images
- Clear unboxing video showing the issue
The unboxing video is mandatory for all damage, defect, or incorrect product claims. Claims submitted without sufficient evidence may not be eligible for approval.
Refunds & Store Credit
Label KSN does not offer monetary refunds.
Once the returned product is received, inspected, and approved by our team, the refund amount will be issued as Label KSN Store Credit.
- Store Credit will be equivalent to the value of the approved returned product.
- Store Credit can be redeemed against future purchases on labelksn.com.
- Store Credit is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Non-Returnable Items
Returns will not be accepted for:
- Products returned after 7 days of delivery
- Products that have been worn, altered, washed, or used
- Minor variations in colour, texture, embroidery, weave, print placement, or handcrafted detailing
- Orders placed during special promotions, clearance sales, or customized orders (unless damaged or defective)
- Products without original tags and packaging
Shipping Charges
Original shipping charges, express delivery charges, duties, taxes, and handling fees are non-refundable.
Customers may be responsible for return shipping charges unless the return is approved due to a verified manufacturing defect or incorrect product dispatch.
Quality Assurance
Every Label KSN piece undergoes quality checks before dispatch. However, handcrafted products carry the beauty of human craftsmanship, making each creation unique and one of a kind.
